Our 90 day Labor Guarantee applies if your system is found to be in reasonable operating condition.

The Guarantee is only for Labor. If, during the guarantee period, your heating system fails, Bass Lake Heating & Air will make most repairs at no charge for labor.**

If parts are needed for such a repair, they will be billed at manufacturers suggested retail price.

**Exceptions include, but may not be limited to: Compressor replacement, Reversing valve replacement, Refrigerant leak repairs, Ducting or damper replacement.

Also excepted from this guarantee are any particular parts of your system that are noted to be in substandard condition or that have been tampered with or damaged by improper use.

You may also select to extend your Labor Guarantee period if your system qualifies:

6 Month Labor Guarantee add $50 = $130

9 Month Labor Guarantee add $85 = $165

1  Year  Labor Guarantee add $120 = $200
