Labor

The service charge for a repair call is $80. Experience tells us that the labor for most common repairs is usually covered by this charge, even if it takes slightly more than an hour.

Add a part or two, and most of our repairs come out to around $250. 

More complex repairs are billed at an hourly rate of $80, divided into 15 minute segments. Written estimates are available by request. The initial service charge is applied to the estimate if the repair is made within 90 days. 

Normally we make service calls Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 4PM. However, BASS LAKE HEATING & AIR is happy to accommodate any need you have with some advance notice. Usually, we will return phone calls 7 days a week!

Guarantee

Basically, you will be 100% satisfied! Technically, labor is guaranteed at least 30 days. When appropriate, Bass Lake Heating & Air will extend the labor warranty to cover some high cost repairs.

Parts

BASS LAKE HEATING & AIR keeps a large inventory of service parts to help assure you of immediate, one stop, repairs.

We install top quality parts from manufacturers such as Honeywell, Robertshaw, General Electric, 3M, and White-Rogers.

Whatever brand of equipment you have, we can supply the part.

Bass Lake Heating & Air will administer and promptly process all warranties in accordance with the manufacturer's specified warranty policies and procedures.
